General Information


1. Sales Operation & Administration Support
- Channel sales performance & tactical rebate:

  • Collating of disty contracts & supporting documents;
  • Computation of rebate;
  • Validation of computation with distributors;

- Pricing:

  • Update maintain consolidated price list;
  • Dissemination of price list to channel partners;

- Reporting:

  • Collect and consolidate channel sales & inventory report;

- Sales forecast:

  • Collect and consolidate distributors' sales forecast;
  • Submission of EVNL sales forecast to ESP;

- Form C;
- Stock provision’s computation monthly.
2. Business management
- Support MD with quick updates of BP/FCx product rev/qty trend via review of Sim File internally (set up internal schedule for submitting data, remind members about the deadline, collect/recheck/consolidate data.);
- Support MSB, EBR meeting. (remind members about the schedule, collect/recheck/consolidate data before the meeting);
- Prepare weekly, monthly & quarterly forecast and expected closing report.
3. Finance support
- Account Receivable & Payable of disty:

  • Liaising with ditsy on sales collection;
  • Window person for statement of account management with ditsy.

1. Educational Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
2. Relevant Experience
- Minimum 3 years in relevant jobs.
3. Personal Characteristics & Behaviors
- Good communication skill (both written & spoken) in native & English;
- Can stand high pressure, time oriented, independently, proactive, and teamwork;
- Expert in excel, data analysis and consolidation;
- MS office proficient;

- Logical thinking, problem solving skill.
