Skills required
  • University degree with at least 5 years working experience in HR full function experience
  • Broad knowledge on Vietnam labor law and regulations, regional HR experience is a plus
  • Customer-oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly independent and self-motivated with strong attention to details
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
What you will do

General Function

Responsible for day to day HR activities including but not limited to Recruitment and Selection Compensation & Benefit (C&B), Payroll, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Engagement and Training and Development

Primary Duties

  • Recruitment
    • Identify recruitment channels, select and recommend most cost effective recruitment channel based on local requirements
    • Organize the recruitment process, short list candidates, conduct the interviews, prepare offer letter and contract for successful candidates, perform new staff’s reference check
    • Manage Onboarding process and follow up in order to facilitate their integration in the company
    • Create, maintain and update job descriptions
    • Create, and maintain all necessary personnel files
    • Delivery and maintain HR reports
  • Update company org-charts
  • Responsible for monthly payroll of all company staff to make the payment accurate and on time
  • Responsible for all company staff’s individual income tax, and mandatory benefit
  • Assist HR Manager to update local compensation and benefit policy
  • Assist HR Manager for relocation letter and relocation follow up
  • Responsible for exit process including conduction exit interviews, severance package analysis and calculations
  • Salary budget calculation and data analysis
  • Manage employee relations
  • Responsible for training and development of employees including conducting training activities when necessary
  • Support performance management process
  • Support effectiveness of HR operations
