Who We Are Looking For
Experiences Required: Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge:
• College degree required.
• 5 years or more of retail marketing industry experience preferably in the retail space and a deep understanding of company’s technology, and a proven track record of working in and/or with other functions.
• Broad understanding of consumer channel marketing tactics and segments.
• Expertise landing and coordinating cross-discipline marketing programs and sales programs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to be a great listener. Strong, demonstrated, presentation skills to groups of all sizes and levels and a successful track record of sales and negotiation skills, including advanced sales knowledge.
• Knowledge of Consumer marketing and selling approaches.
• Ability to engage and influence at senior levels.
• Highly values diversity of experience, views, backgrounds and orientation in a group-team setting.
