OVERVIEW
- Provide on the ground support for DFC supply chain management in Vietnam.
- Including: supplier development and performance management.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILTY
Manage Vietnam suppliers' performance
1. Report, monitor and work with suppliers execute the actions plan and problem solving.
2. Initiate/lead or support supplier improvement activities, towards for cost saving and performance excellence (delivery/capacity/quality/cost).
3. Results reporting, manage progress and verify the corrective actions with suppliers.
Prospecting new suppliers in VN and develop suppliers
4. Collect supplier market info and reporting.
5. On-site visit suppliers for capabilities and biz opportunity assessments
Sustain supplier’s process / system standard to meet Delta’s requirement. (QMS/manufacturing/finishing/testing)
6. Execute regular audit at suppliers in term of operations and manufacturing process.
7. Supplier new capability validation
8. Support for local source inspection & testing
Provide on the ground supports per request from manager
9. Coordinate with Delta China members on the project execution/progress tracking/problem solving when required.
