Job Description
• Responsible for issues pertaining to application and product quality
• Provide application solutions
• Provides pre & post-sales technical and sales support to customers
• Handles customer highly technical inquiries and complaints
• Conducts technical presentations to customers
• Conducts technical training
• Liaises with the quality department on customer quality requirements
• Works closely with customers’ engineers (eg. R&D Dept, Production Engineers, Process Engineers, Design Engineers etc) to establish our company products in consumer products
• Responsible for SA creation to generate the article number
• Provide RFQ to the purchaser
• Provide technical support to customer and internal team
• Responsible for creating drawing for customers and suppliers
• Responsible for supplier drawing and specification approval
• Responsible for buy-off customer samples
• To oversee and approve First Article inspection procedures before sample submission to customers
• Conducts incoming inspection and first article inspection
• Verify non-conforming goods, documents, and transference to defective material area
