1. Education:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Biology or related majors.

2. Job requirements:

- Fluency in English (4 skills);

- Proficiency in MS Office;

- Strong knowledge about Powder Seasoning, Food Products and Production Process;

- Experienced in using laboratory and conducting researches;

- Effective communication, positive attitude, self-study, problem-solving and presentation skills;

- Good team-work and compliance skills.

3. Experience:

- At least 02 years of relevant experience.

What you will do

I. JOB SUMMARY

R&D Senior Staff shall take responsibilities for supporting overall R&D (Powder Seasoning) activities and/ or assignment. 

II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

1. Collecting information and carrying out researches about materials, process, technology, application to develop new products and improve current products quality;

2. Building up recipes and process based on product concept;

3. Transferring all necessary information to production department to apply for new products;

4. Conducting experiments and completing technical standards for new products;

5. Controlling development plans for groups of products;

6. Co-operating with other departments to execute R&D tasks;

7. Supporting production department to solve problems relating to process and materials;

8. Collaborating with Customer Service Center in responding to customer’s complaints or queries. 

III. JOB RELATIONSHIPS

1. Internal: Report to Supervisors.

2. External: Related Departments.
