  • Around 10-15 years related experience in HR functions in a plant environement, at least 5-8 years in managerial position.

  • Good command in Chinese and English, both in Spoken and Written.

Report to: HR Associate Director, APAC.

Overall Job Description 概述 (purpose or value of the position) 

1. Responsible for Human Resources function and as a Business Partner, support the business objective and motivate staff to achieve business goals; Provide on-site HR services and best implementation approach in line with business objective within HR strategy framework.

2. According to the company's human resource strategy and human resource management system, formulate, improve and implement the company's personnel policies, and provide human resource services in the fields of personnel policy, recruitment, training, compensation & benefit, performance and employee relationship processing for the company's personnel in a region of company, so as to promote the realization of the company's overall objectives.

Main Responsibilities 主要职责

1. Implementation of Company Policy, rules and regulations, employee handbook:

  • Implement Company policies, rules and regulation properly, in line with national regulations, and ensure employee are followed through.

  • Regular review and update the policies/rules/regulation/employee handbook according to the latest national law and legal requirement.

2. Compensation & Payroll & HRIS System:

  • Manage payroll function and ensure all salary are calculated correctly and per relevant policies, paid per payroll date.

  • Handle legal benefits payment per national rules requirement.

  • Review and maintain employee’s structure periodically.

  • Maintain filing system for employee record and other related document.

  • Monitor the approval process for staff salary increment and promotion.

  • Annual staff cost budget & Planning.

  • HRIS System management and employee train up.

  • Prepare HR regular reports.

3. Recruitment:

  • Responsible for the hiring of Direct Labor (DL) and Indirect according to operations needs or hiring plan.

  • Provide strategy for senior position hiring and DL hiring.

  • Annual manpower planning per business planning.

  • Monitor approval for Manpower request and offer made approval process.

4. Training & Development:

  • Conduct annual training needs and analysis for the factory, propose training plan the year.

  • Implement the training plan for schedules.

5. Employee Relationship:

  • Organizing employee activies  and staff communication meeting to enhance relationship between employee and the Company.

  • Coordinate the labor Disputes and labor arbitration between employees and the Company to ensure harmonious development of employee and the Company.

6. HR Annual Program - Implementation:

To support and cope with the direction from Headquater, to implement annual HR programs:

  • Annual Goal Setting.

  • Annual Merit Increment.

  • Performance Appraisal.

  • Talent Management Program.

  • Other HR projects assigned by HQ.
