Responsibility #1:
Key Activities Measure of Success / Deliverables
Inspection of company’s product to ensure all product conforms to the required specification before shipment occurs and the required ship date is met.
Conduct audit gauging of product prior to packing into boxes.
Verification and sign off of ITP’s
Conduct audit hardness testing of completed product
Responsibility #2:
Key Activities Measure of Success / Deliverables
Accurate and timely reporting with regard to product delivery status, QC certification & documentation and processing of concession requests & corrective action requests (CAR’s).
Ensure the foundry progressively supplies required information to company during the casting process.
Monitor and facilitate the processing of concession requests and CAR’s.
Report weekly delivery status up-dates
Responsibility #3:
Key Activities Measure of Success / Deliverables
Provide HSE assistance to the foundry with key items. Conduct monthly safety and 5S audits and report finds to company and Supplying foundry.
Conduct monthly safety and 5S audits and update information on the company box system
Ensure personal carried out daily duties in a safe manner
Report any non-conformances or incidents to company and Supplier
