Role Summary/Purpose:
As an Accountant with some experience you will be responsible for supporting more senior accountants and performing and reviewing basic accounting entries. At this level you will be expected to explain variations in accounts and work with auditors on process improvements. You will follow an individual work plan and meets day-to-day short term objectives.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage account payables to make sure payable process in line with internal policy, deliver vendors' commitment, on time and quality accounting, reconciliation
- Manage payroll & cash accounting, reconciliation
- Handle intercompany transactions, accounting, issue resolution, reconciliation
- Manage supply chain accounting: other assets, other liabilities accounts
- Ensure proper support for Gas Power accounting closing, internal, external audit for areas of accountability
- Support statutory reporting (statistics reports' preparation, statutory audit finalization)
- Other duties as assigned by management (Mailroom/Bank Update/Admin Support)
