What you will do
1. Job Purpose & Scope
This position will responsible for sales of company’s products to every channel of distributor on a national level. Handles negotiations at a high level and has considerable discretion to negotiate terms. Develops and plans Sales Strategies to enhance competitive position in the market. Including to the managing and developing distribution channels to meet company sales goals.
 
2. Key Result Areas
• Manages and develops distribution channels
• Responsible to recruit, motivates, develops and manages sales team
• Maintain account relationship with distributor on company’s products selling
• To create long term relationship and maintain high degree of customer satisfaction
• Develop and plans Sales Strategies to enhance competitive position in the market
• Establish and control pricing, pricing policy, sales margin
• According to Safety Health and Environment Management System
 
3. Key Responsibilities & Job Content
The Sales Manager shall responsible for:
• Responsible for sales and marketing strategies for assigned market segment
• Manages and develops distribution channels to meet company sales goals
• Handles negotiations at a high level and has considerable discretion to negotiate terms
• Responsible to recruit, motivates, develops and manages sales team to achieve company sales goals
• Be proactive in the project specification works with architects and consultants on the prioritized product segment.
• Be proactive in project follow-ups on the assigned priority territories and product segments.
• Maintain account relationship with distributor on company’s products selling to meet company sales goals
• Develop and plans Sales Strategies to enhance competitive position in the market
• Provide superior with weekly sales updates and monthly sales reports and quarterly progress reports for better decision making.
• Select and engage key customers and provide complete solutions to their needs and demands.
• Monitor and report on market competitors activities and provide relevant reports and information.
• Ensuring selling price is up to date, effective and competitive
• Ensuring sales forecast is effective and achievable
• Ensuring communication system between sales and support function is effective and on time
• To create long term relationship and maintain high degree of customer satisfaction
• Controlling the budget and directing the team of sales
• Assist the National Sales Manager to monitor and achieve the targeted sales performance.
• Provide timely and accurate departmental objectives to employees and to be transparent on corrective actions to be taken on problematic issues.
• Handle customer complaints tactfully and promptly in accordance to ISO procedure, whilst maintain a good company image.
• Any other duties and assigned by the direct supervisor to improve company Sales Function
