SOW about ITHD's Basic Mission

1. Comply with and implement KHU's IT policy.

2. Provide support (including installation, configuration, and tweaking) for new computers.

3. Desktop computers, and laptops including operating system (OS), power on when testing, verify hardware configuration, operating system configuration.

4. Support end users by providing timely and clear indication of the nature of the problem, and estimated time of completion and probable work.

5. Provide support for IMAC (install, move, add, change) for end-user PCs, Laptops, peripherals. Content Migration Coordination (IMAC).

6. PC maintenance, reset, and hardware upgrades.

7. Format the partition disk and reinstall the operating system/applications for the computer.

8. Disk/folder sharing management, permission settings on the computer.

9. Provide patch upgrade support for computers.

10. Provide maintenance support time for peripherals to reduce the risk of impacting the computer's operation.

11. Install/reinstall/configure support for operating systems and standard software applications.

12. Effectively deploy anti-virus tools provided by Customer.

13. Online registration of newly purchased software if required for LAN/Wifi configuration and troubleshooting.

14. Support workshop OT projects, join to advise or provide solutions. On average, Phu My does 1 project/quarter.
