Skills required
Education, Qualification and training 
- University degree in Finance and Accounting, 
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant)will be an advantage 
Experience or skills required 
- Minimum 10 years of financial area with 6+ management working experience in a manufacturing operation, 
best in foreign invested entities;
- Good analytical and hand-on skills with business sense;
- Good knowledge of ERP system (SAP preferred);
- Frequent business trip demands.
Specialised knowledge or skills required (PC/Language) 
- Perfect English capability;
- High ability to work with all levels of staff and cross- functional teams;
- Strong leadership and team building skills;

What you will do
Basic purpose of the position
Fully responsible for finance (IT) functions, and lead the Team to provide reliable and accurate information to 
local GM and APAC finance to support strategic business decisions.
Principal accountabilities 
- Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of the local accounting records and management reporting to 
local GM and APAC HQ; 
- Cash Management: Monthly cash forecast preparation and reporting to APAC to ensure availability of funds 
for a smooth run of operations;
- Ensure compliance with group internal control policies and develop internal control procedures and the 
adherence to all accounting policies and controls; 
- Leading the process of external audits and preparation of the annual report as required by Simon 
- Lead the yearly budget process in collaboration with APAC finance 
- Analyse monthly the P&L and balance sheet (sales, gross margin, deviations vs budget, working capital, etc.) 
for local management and HQ reporting. Provide management suggestions and advices to 
- Checking and authorize tax filings in collaboration with external consultants respecting local 
- Manage planning, forecasting and operational analyses for business operations;
- Accountability for all Legal Entity codes;
- Ensure proper internal controls within the organization;
- Build team, Train and coach subordinates;
- Provide financial leadership in credit management, cost control initiatives, management reporting and 
variance analysis Continuously strive for improvements in systems and methodology to meet performance 
- Develop and lead a team of finance professionals to support all the financial and IT needs/challenges of the 
- Smart communicate and coordinate with other departments;
- Finish any tasks delegated from the director with good quality and timely.
