• Product and technical support for distributors in Vietnam market;
• Market information collection, competitor analysis and customer requirements consolidation;
• Support product manager on product launch, including information & document preparation, product trainings and promotion;
• Assist product manager on product management, normally including product strategy, pricing management, and database maintenance;
• Offer sales tools to Vietnam team and help them to reach the sales target, normally including price list, catalogue, instruction manual and training materials;
• Assist product manager on routing work, for example customization product, customer complaint, sample management ;
• Smart communicate and coordinate with other departments and colleagues;
• Finish any task delegated from the manager with good quality and timely;
