Professional/ Qualification
• At least 15 years’ relevant experience on quality assurance and control processes for footwear items, good at fitting process
• Strong Footwear Manufacturing Experience is a must. Strong experience in Footwear Lining and Lamination
• Knowledge and understanding of European/UK test standards and requirements for KIDs FOOTWEAR are preferred
• Familiar the lab testing regulation and safety documents. Ensure quality procedures are followed by the suppliers and inspection/test agents
• Hands-on experience, energetic, proactive and decisive working style
• Good Time Management of self and teams and strategic & methodical thinking
• Good people skills, especially in communication and multi - tasking
• Pro – active, detail-oriented, well-organized and analytical, able to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of basic application like AutoCAD , Power point, Paint
• Understand pattern making/grading and quality implications, shoe last making, part drawings, drafting 2D & 3D, blue-print all kind of footwear construction (cold cementing/injection and vulcanize)
• Good command of written and spoken English
