What you'll need:

  • Over 4 years relevant sales managerial working experience (Startup/logistics industry is a plus); 

  • College Degree / Diploma holder; 

  • Excellent problem solving, presentation and negotiation skills;

  • Effective communications skills;

  • Strategic planning; 

  • Leadership and management skills;

  • Eager to learn and never afraid of challenge;

  • Data-driven, capable of data analysis and report;

What you will do
  • Sales operations: acquire and on board business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and by developing and nurturing professional relationships.

  • Business development: develop new business opportunities and partnerships with new or existing customers.

  • Sales standards: identify, build and enforce Standard Operating Procedures and Policies to support the activity and solve or prevent issues.

  • Performance: lead and develop a high caliber sales team who are driven to deliver results. Regularly track the performance of the team to close deals and retain business users, and build corrective/improving initiatives.
