Skills required

• With a Bachelor of Degree preferably in technology related discipline such as Computer Science or Management of Information Systems
• At least 2-3 years working on e-Commerce platform i.e. SAP Hybris Commerce
• Familiar with e-Commerce End-to-End flow
• Familiar with system flow between e-Commerce platform and ERP system or other legacy systems
• Basic contents designing (i.e. Photoshop) & programing & coding skill is a plus
• Knowledge & experience on Adobe Experience Manager is plus
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Responsible, organized and independent
• Strong written and verbal communication skill

What you will do

• Working on onsite operation team on all product and promotional activities on website. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of input and loading of information onto the e-Commerce platform management system e.g. products, promotions, stocks, price.
• Identify and resolve any potential issues on the system and escalate them to the relevant teams
• Assist in the conceptual and technical operation of the e-Commerce platform.
• Work with business users to discuss, recommend, explain, and reconcile desired functionality and technology capabilities.
• Assist to manager on facilitating global, local enhancement projects and service add-ons with the development team.
• Assist to manager on application integration testing, user acceptance test and implementation roll-out.
• Support system integration with backend and other legacy systems e.g. GERP
• Provide technical platform consultancy & training.
• Other tasks will be assigned by e-Commerce Operation and Platform Manager.
