Skills required
Essential -
 
Bachelors degree in IT or any related discipline
Minimum 5years+ experience in consulting/business analysis or implementation management with eCommerce platform (Hybris)
Requirement definition and implementation
Technical Knowledge on eCommerce features and functionalities
Hands on experience with Agile tools like Jira and confluence and proficient with user story estimation
Fundamental programing knowledge with HTML/CSS, ASP.NET, SQL, JAVA, or C#
Able to work under the pressure with proactive & responsible attitude Good team work and hands on approach and flexible outlook in the workplace
Fluent in English in order to communicate with all relevant stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to adapt and work round obstacles to get things done
Ability to understand and respond to the drivers and concerns of both business and technical
 
Advantage -
 
System knowledge/hands on with ERP(SAP), WMS/logistics, or 3rd party system like Payment gateway
Hands on experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
Strong experience in working with the large organisation, multiple stakeholders, and big agencies

What you will do
Provide support to client, online business user, with designing and developing client strategies within eCommerce platform (Hybris)
Compile requirements and/stories and validate solution design with development team
Participate in eCommerce assessments at client sites, which includes ASIS/TO-BE designed documentation to enable feature/function development
To Collaborate with development team to define architecture that supports eCommerce business
Engage with clients (Online business users), map business needs, build architectures and roadmaps for digital commerce transformation
Provide eCommerce platform's technical guidance to business users
To gather requirements from online business user and other relevant stakeholders to enhance the platform
Support the project lead to deliver design, documentation, testing support, deployment/cut-over, go-live and post go-live support
Act as a single point of contact for the business users for any questions/clarifications on the end-to-end processes with platform
Track progress of implementation and follow up if any dela
