• Business development and execution in the food ingredient, flavor and fragrance business.
• To be responsible in managing constructive relationship with specific suppliers (coordinate strategy/product focus promotion, managing daily activity such as report, forecast, price, order, delivery)”.
• Develop new customer, new segmentation as per management guidance.
• Work closely with HQ to provide product’s information.
• Achieve sales goals/budgeted margins for Fragrance and food BU.
• Ensure that reports be drawn up regularly visit and the information be disseminated appropriately and effectively.
• Do visits per-week.
• Product complaint solving if any.
• Individual work planning.
