Sales & Business Development:
• Detect interesting leads, compatible with strategy, financial target, and risks policy of company
• Identify, target and develop key municipal projects including development of a strong project sales pipeline
• Foster alignment and responsiveness to customer needs
• Prepare comprehensive internal documents of each of these projects with the view to obtain internal "buy-in" to develop them.
Stakeholders’ management:
• Develop a privileged relationship with client and partner allowing for regular input and ease negotiations
• Give technical, commercial, contractual orientations for these leads in order to satisfy the customer request and needs.
• Establish and maintain regular contacts with water companies and other relevant water utilities and agencies.
• Establish and maintain regular contacts with government departments, academic and professional bodies, business partners, etc. to assure continuing credibility and relationships.
Market Research and business pipeline:
• Conduct market intelligence, company search and sector study and to contribute to strategic business plan and annual operation plan including looking out for suitable local business partnerships
• Elaborate and follow-up the business pipeline according to market needs and opportunities
Corporate Advisory, collaboration & Compliance:
• Develop a good knowledge of company references, solutions, technologies
• Work cross-functionally with all commercial teams, proposals teams, operations teams, and the relevant BUs and functions across company
• Conduct investigations and provide business solutions & high - quality business plan to management as well as business partners
• Establish new approaches and techniques to achieves continuous improvement in all work processes
• Organize conference/training course to share study result and market knowledge with other teams
• Work in accordance with company policies and practices and in compliance with accepted business ethics
• Make sure customer codes and standards will be taken into account during proposal, pricing and execution
After Sales services
• Maintain existing and develop new after sales services (spare parts, maintenance, performance improvement, rehabilitation, etc.)
