  • Languages fluently: Vietnamese/English, 3rd (EU) language is preferred

  • Proven track record and well established international network in Vietnam, preferably with western companies

What you will do
  • To be responsible to identify the new potential customers
  • To acquire and to make an inventory of customer demands, to present a complete delivery programme and to obtain requests.
  • To take full responsibility of follow up and secure the account receivable of the assigned customers.
  • To work out proposals, price proposals and delivery terms and conditions, to follow up proposals and to internally confer with the supporting departments in connection therewith in cooperation with the Sales Supervisor/Manager.
  • To prepare and realise turnover/sales objectives per customer in cooperation with the Sales Supervisor/Manager.
  • To remain informed about developments in the area of market, price, sales prices of competitors, technical and turnover developments at buyers and to report to the Sales Supervisor/Manager.
  • To conclude and register orders, price arrangements and agreements in cooperation with the Sales Manager and to internally confer with the supporting departments in connection therewith.
  • To keep agreements, sales prices and terms and conditions up to date.
  • To take responsibility of assisting Credit Control in monitoring debtor list to ensure customers pay within the credit period.
  • To maintain and enhance customer’s satisfaction, to register, make an inventory of and process complaints.
  • To participate in work meetings.
  • To comply with applicable rules ad regulations with respect to policies in the area of quality, employment conditions and environment, Especially to ensure the compliance policy (Anti-corruption and Anti-trust) of the sales team
  • Map and approach potential new customers, with strong focus on Foreign Invested Companies
  • Develop sales of all products within Vietnamese market
  • Develop new sales strategies and generating leads for possible sales by networking
