Job Requirements

  • 8 – 10 years experience in social compliance field.

  • Degree in Engineering or Social Studies.

  • Experience in brands/retailers is preferred.

  • Fluent spoken and written English is a must.

  • Self-discipline and high integrity is a must.

  • Self-motivated and good communication skill are required.

  • Recognised certificate in social audits is an advantage.

What you will do

Job Purpose

  • To monitor all the suppliers/factories located in Vietnam to manage the compliance risks.

  • Develop and maintain the whole code of practice approach in Vietnam and develop the team there whenever it is necessary.

Job Descriptions

  • Conduct Code of Practice audits in Vietnam according to company’s Standards and local laws. Provide regular training to all existing and new suppliers/factories.

  • Work on any potential compliance programme in Vietnam and Cambodia

  • Liaise with local compliance organizations on compliance aspects.

  • Support Cambodia audits whenever it is necessary.
