Skills required
Business or Engineering graduate
Strong in sales-marketing, negotiating, analytical and reporting skills.
Proven ability to manage a geographically diverse customer portfolio.
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal English Vietnamese)
Experienced on car/trucks or PCMO is a plus OR come from FMCG with DMS system familiar and strong field operation.
Strong leadership, sales and analytical skills.
Ability to work with different entities and Departments
What you will do
To be responsible for sales activities in order to achieve Sell-in and Sell-out Volume from Strategic Partner(s) / Straegic Distributor(s) / Distributor(s), hereudndered be called Direct Distributor(s), and Sub-distributors of TOTAL VIETNAM (TVL), hereudndered be called PD(s), in the assigned area from time to time.
 
Developing distribution network of TVL Products at of B2C distribution channels <=> Indirect Consumption Channels Group which includes:
Maintenance stores in combination with lubricant sale.
Wash Stores
Spare parts, lubricant shops
Agricultural, fishing gears and lubricant shops
Petrol stations
Motorbikes, cars, trucks retail stores in combination with with lubricant and spare parts sale.
Fishing / Tour Boats / Cars / Trucks / Bus fleets,
 
Manage TVL's investments in the market in the assigned area including POS, financial investment to boost sell-out for Direct Distributor(s) and PD(s) to consumers / shoppers.
 
Manage and increase volume of the Products and TOTAL brand image in TVL ‘s B2C contracted outlets of which it could be direct investment from TVL or via Direct Distributor(s) to those customers (hereunder be called s B2C contracted outlets).
