Skills required

Qualifications:

➢ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required, and major in Electronic or Mechanical is preferred.

➢ Familiar with production, 3 years or more experience on engineering or quality management in electronic or mechanical industry.

➢ Korean can be working language, can read and write in English.

➢ Good office skills at Microsoft office such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

➢ Result oriented, ability to multi-task, negotiation and problem-solving skills with partners.

➢ A team player, good communication and coordination skills which can support build interactions among multiple functions.

➢ High motivation, sense of responsibility, self-discipline & willing to learn.

What you will do

Belong to: Quality Assurance

Report to: Senior Manager QA Vietnam Office

Job Purpose:

Provide the onsite support to the customers timely including new project technology support, mass production and EOL, to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure reliable high-quality supply.

Key Responsibilities:

➢ Provide customer onsite support timely for quality assurance.

➢ Implement solutions closely with Engineering, FAE and customers for the technical problem.

➢ Coordinate internal team to improve the efficiencies of quality improvement actions.

➢ Regularly visit the customers for re-judgement.

➢ Arrange Return Material Arrangement (RMA) parts with customer in timely.

➢ Complete other tasks assigned from the line manager.
