Skills required
Possess excellent communication skill (local language must- Vietnamese/ Laos/ Cambodia),Have exposure to develop distributors/ end customers,Should be familiar with cables/ cable accessories products,Abrasive, number focused, business development acumen etc,Exposure in project sales/ tender documents/ compliances with technical consultants etc
What you will do
  • Taking responsibility for growth of business in selected geographies (Vietnam).
  • Working with current distributors to enhance sales in Projects/ OEMs.
  • Frequently shuttle between HCMC and Hanoi for business development.
  • In Laos/ Cambodia: scanning market, competitions, zeroing and appointment of distributors and business development.
  • Competitor understanding/ market scanning, understating product gaps and recommendation in line with SIRF for NPI for ASEAN Region.
  • Project tracking - marketing database to be used, product pre-qualification process.
