  • Prefer candidates who have engineering/engineering recruitment background and deeply understand how to successfully identify these talents

What you will do
  • Provide sourcing support/market analysis/pipeline building for Team Recruiters.
  • Utilize different channels (professional network, social channels, job boards, internal platform…), technology knowledge and expert sourcing skills to provide quality candidates to Recruiters for opening/pending approval positions, therefore increase number of Hired
  • On-going sourcing to build up talent pool/talent pipeline for Company internal recruitment/people planning need
  • Use talent shortlists for analyzing and present with talent market report to provide market insight for Recruiters and Hiring Managers
