The person who plays this position plays a KEY ROLE of supporting the Group CEO (Expat) in setup of new showroom model and management of Sales and Marketing, Operations, Services and HR at the Showroom.
· At least 4 years’ experience in selling Passenger Cars or Trucks.
· Profound experience in local business development especially in automobile industry.
· Solid business strategic planning and deployment of long and short term business projects in line with the Corporate target.
· Strong experience in setup of new showroom model.
· Great Market intelligence analysis and application.
· Strong experience in Sales & Marketing.
· Having good sense of business acumen and business opportunity grabbing.
· Great customer-oriented service spirit.
· Profound experience and know-how on Supply chains, Logistics and Procurement.
· Having good understanding of the commercial functional legal framework in automobile industry.
· Great leadership and management skills.
· Excellent in communication and network development.
· Good negotiation and presentation skills.
· Ready to travel if requested.
· Great communication in English.
