Skills required
  • University degree in finance and accounting
  • Solid accounting experience as gained from multinationals
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills

  • Good command of written and spoken English

What you will do

This position is responsible for running the day – to – day Vietnam office and providing a wide range of finance and administrative support to the Vietnam team.

Office Administration:

  • Maintain the company’s professional image
  • Supervise and arrange centrally company cars operation and drivers support in the most cost effective and efficient manner
  • Manage and update company’s corporate hotels
  • Manage all of office’s licenses, company stamp application under the control and direction of Hong Kong head office
  • Coordinate company’s events and activities
  • Support staff’s business trips by arranging air ticket and hotel reservation
  • Support incoming visitor’s visa application, hotel booking and all on the ground support including transportation
  • Maintain and manage all company contracts
  • Manage the outsourced services and vendors or agents for effective support to the business teams
  • Proper maintenance of office files
  • Manage office supplies.

 Finance, Tax and Statutory Filings:

  • Execute and ensure proper internal controls are in place to protect company assets
  • Liaise and coordinate with BDO and Hong Kong Finance to support month end closing, and ensure both SAP and local accounting books are maintained properly
  • Liaise, support and ensure smooth external audit
  • Check, review and validate supplier invoices for payment processing
  • Arrange payment, prepare bank wire transfer manually and electronically
  • Liaise with local banker on all banking related matters
  • Manage bank accounts and cashflow requirements
  • Check and verify staff’s expenses claims according to company policy and guidelines
  • Petty cash management and maintenance
  • Support and work closely with Hong Kong Finance team in annual budget preparation
  • Prepare financial and management reports
  • Provide analysis and forecast support as required
  • Liaise and provide information to BDO for preparation of statutory filings covering VAT, CIT, statistics, etc.  Check and verify the statutory returns, and work closely with Hong Kong Finance team to obtain proper approval and arrange Legal Representative’s signature
