Skills required
  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing/Computer Studies/Electrical & Electronic or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity. (O2 classification)
  • Must have good communication skills (both written & spoken) in native & English language.
  • Independent, highly motivated, pro-active and result oriented.

 

 

What you will do

Marketing support (50%)

  • Support sales operation.
  • Support marketing administration.
  • Timely administration of relevant documents.
  • Accurate reporting and timely submission.

Back-office support (50%)

  • Liaise with distributors on accounts receivable management.
  • Logistical co-ordinations.
  • Price & rebates administration.
  • Clear & accurate records.
  • Clear instructions provided.
  • Timely arrangement & error-free computations.

Major challenges

  • Timeliness of channel partners’ submission of reports and documents. Cultivate trust with channel partners. Seek support of EVNL product managers.
  • Inaccuracy of channel partners’ report. Support EVNL product managers to investigate and reconcile.
  • Understanding of parts details and requirements. Seeks support from CS member.

Key Decisions/Dimensions

  • Timeline pressure. Prioritizing work based on importance/urgency.
  • Number & frequency of reports.
  • Number & frequency of sales forecasting.
  • Number & frequency of rebate validation and processing.
