What you will do

Mission

  • Translate the strategic vision of Power Technique divisions (APE, PFL) into clear and transparent business plans considering the specific market conditions. Implementing these plans and constantly monitoring results while taking corrective actions as required.
  • Overall direct sales responsibility for Power Technique sales activities. Also including responsibility for all PT operations in the territory for Capital Equipment sales
  • Delivering sustainable business growth across the range of Power Technique products.
  • Responsible for the profit and loss statement for APE - Air and Tools Division, PFL - Power and Flow Division.
  • Responsible for translating and implementing divisional and regional strategy to local strategy.
  • Supporting the product update training, product development and marketing.

 

Job description

Product responsibility for Power Technique

  • Maintain close relationship with Power Technique regional SEA to develop and implement business marketing plans to achieve divisional budgets
  • Product costing and pricing
  • Sales support and product training
  • Work with the team to develop innovative marketing programs and show event campaigns
  • Report to the Regional Business Line Manager to develop sales tools and training

Sales Responsibility and Coverage

Distributor management:

  • Extend the distributors network to non-traditional areas
  • Formulation of pricing strategies and distribution channel analysis & development
  • All sales activities related to distributors / agents for both Divisions APE and PFL.
  • Sales performance of distributors / agents and project sales

Territory: Vietnam

People Management

Lead and motivate all members of the local team, ensuring individual professional growth of each so that they are equipped with the required competencies and attitude to deliver at their highest possible levels.

  • Responsible for the performance and development of the team.
  • Prepare action plans/activities for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Conduct one-on-one review with the team to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales and activity performance

Others

  • Maintain good internal and external customer relationships
  • Effectively manage the Account Receivables of APE – Air & Tools, PFL – Power & Flow to ensure that the set targets are achieved.
  • Effectively manage the inventory levels to the desired levels.
  • Monitor and control business activities and expenditure to meet budget guidelines (functional cost efficiency).
  • Co-ordination of activities between Equipment Sales APE, PFL and PTS department
  • Leads the Sales team in the project coordination and implementation.
  • Ensure an efficient and effective back-office support function.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics, codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
  • Report on market matters and competition developments on a regular basis.
  • Promotion and use of Cloud for Sales CRM on a constant basis for all activities. Ensure complete adoption within the territory for all team members.
