Skills required
  • University in Economics or Technical background (Petrochemical is a plus).
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office and Auto Cad.
  • Good English skill both in oral and writing.
  • Negotiation/ presentation/ communication skills.
  • Sales experience from 2-3 years (business relationship with industrial zone is a plus).
  • Ready to travel, work independently and high self responsibility.
What you will do

ACTIVITIES:

1. Sales bulk/accounts:

  • Supervise bulk customers in the assigned areas.
  • Initiate and implement sales and marketing plans/programs/activities to maintain and develop customers to achieve volume and improve the growth.
  • Conduct Profit & Loss analysis and business meetings on sales planning & implementation.
  • Work with the sales teams and technical teams of dealers to enhance customer services.

2. Customer development:

  • Develop new customers including proposing commercial offers, return on investment analysis, installation, maintenance and operations.
  • Develop new customers in coordination with the dealers’ sales teams.
  • Work with the technical team to provide technical & safety training and support to customers.
  • Work with the customer services team to ensure customers satisfaction and loyalty, contract continiuety.

3. Market survey:

  • Ensure market survey and competition update: pricing, promotion, technical supports, sales policies,....
  • Conduct industry survey to cope with competitions and market trend.

4. Others:

  • Transfer the best practices including HSEQ knowledge to customers operations.
  • Be a primary contact in driving the account receivable for his assigned area.
  • Follow up the investment and assets inventory at assigned customer sites.
  • Update the client’s files after the visits;
  • Field Visit Report.

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT:

  • Distance from TGV plant to customer site/ hinterland to secure delivery.
  • CNG will be developed to substitute LPG.
  • Fast moving product and fierce competition market.

ACCOUNTABLITIES:

  • Volume and growth for the assigned area.
  • Company assets at the customer: Business integrity with customer, dealers, distributors
