Skills required

Degree in Engineering / Management / Business Administration or related disciplines;
Minimum 10 years working experience in electronics factory environment with at least 5 years in the management level;
Good command of written and spoken of Vietnamese and Chinese (Mandarin);
Stationed in Vietnam.

What you will do

Responsible for overall operation of newly established electronics manufacturing factory;
Work closely with the management to manage and plan all activities related to production and manufacturing;
Monitor on revenue maximization and cost control during the operation process;
Seek for and work on a cooperative and harmony relationship between different departments.
