Skills required
  • BA in Marketing.
  • At least 5 year experience in marketing, at least 2years at managerial level.
  • Well knowledge & experience on law/regulation related to marketing i.e. product license, advertising, etc.
  • Creative and easy to adapt change.
  • Experience in Multi-Level-Marketing industry would be big advantage.
  • Be able to lead team of 7 members.
  • Age from 35 to 40.
What you will do

Report for Sales & Marketing Director.

Lead a team of 6-7 employees include PR/Communication, Product Marketing, Product Training team.


  • Product portfolio: optimize product portfolio by segment to capture sales growth and market shares.
  • Brand Building & PR: define strategy & ensure excellent execution across cross-functional internally and externally, using both digital and conventional platforms effectively.
  • Promotion: define strategy & ensure excellent execution to maximize ROI and achieved defined brand KPIs.
  • Training: define strategy & ensure excellent execution to support overall brand strategy and sales growth.
  • Regulatory: ensure product registration and other marketing licenses are 100% in compliance and on-time.
  • Others as assigned by the company.

Results expected:

  • Revenue/Profit: total and by brand.
  • Brand Health KPIs.
  • Training effectiveness KPIs.
  • Regulatory KPIs.
  • Others as defined by the company.
