For example, if your company focuses on producing fresh food, you should aim at people who like exercising and eating healthy. Understanding the audience is the key step to carry out effective marketing strategy.
5. Can you tell me a situation when you cannot meet the deadline?
We all know the importance of deadline, but it is still a common sense that people have issues with deadlines at some point or another. Sometimes employees are a part of the team and other members slow down the procedure. What will they do in that specific situation?
As an HR manager, you surely want to hire people who appreciate teamwork and can keep calm and solve well when unexpected things happen.
