Skills required
  • Have demonstrated experience (minimum 3 years) in a manufacturing/multi-site, field based organization; demonstrated leadership/managerial skills; demonstrated execution in a matrix environment
  • Strong business acumen, process facilitation and problem solving skills coupled with the ability to objectively analyze current practices, identify improvement opportunities, build consensus and assist with the implementation of related changes;
  • Organizational capabilities to support change projects, versed with Company restructuring process;
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution skills and demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels within the organization;
  • Strong working knowledge of HR laws and practices with experience working in teams, both as a leader and a team member;
  • Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.

What you will do
  • Lead the EHRMs team located in Haiphong, serve as a steward of the Partnership Model on site and become an active member of the global EHRM Manager Community, while also providing EHRM support to leadership team in Multimodal Haiphong site as well as the employees of Onshore Wind in Vietnam.

  • Partner with business leaders to drive operating results and process improvement
  • Developing and implementing key HR initiatives to drive talent development and employee engagement
  • Advising the business leadership in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
  • Developing and coaching site HR team
