Skills required
  • Age under 33
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5-year experience in the same position
  • Fluent in English
  • Honest, high sense of responsibility, having sound work ethics


What you will do
  • Make the action plan of department in accordance with the company target and policies
  • Manage human resources in Ha Noi branch
  • In charge for recruitment on HN branch as company’s manpower plan
  • Arrange the orientation training for newcomers y cooperation with National HR-GA Manager
  • Set up the estimated budget and operate the department under the budget for HN branch
  • Take care the employees’ benefit: working tools and condition, gifts for wedding, visiting for sickness, solve and minimize internal conflict
  • Issue and implement the internal memo as requested
  • Check and control the jobs of HR Staff
  • Establish and operate the HR Department as requested from the company
  • Co-operate with other managers to issue the Job Description for all positions
  • In charge for monthly payroll of HN branch, calculate the monthly salary, insurance, PIT for all members
  • Control all HR related issues as offer letter, probation contract, labour contract, resignation
  • In charge of the insurance procedures for all employees
  • Request for disciplinary treatment and implement it for violating cases if any
  • Propose for compliment and award for excellent members if any
  • Maintains a high level of internal client service
  • Assure the internal processes of HN Branch comply with the company rules for internal control and compliance
  • Co-operate with National HR-GA Manager for the annual activities of internal audit
  • 6 values penetrating in internal first, and to customers or related partners
  • Collaborate and co-operate to accomplish the cross sectional projects
  • Oher assignments as requested from the National HR-GA Manager/ General Director
