Skills required
  1. University graduated majoring in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or equivalent.
  2. Having at least 3 years of experience in human resource management at the same position.
  3. Having experience in Human resource management for a Creative/Advertising Company is an EXCEEDED ADVANTAGE.
  4. Fluent English communication.
  5. Ability to communicate at all levels with good negotiate skill.
  6. Proficient computer skills
  7. People oriented & results driven

 

What you will do
  1. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
  1. Be in charge of setting up and managing company’s HR system.
  2. Coordinate with other departments/BOM to develop job descriptions, career path for each position.
  3. Coordinate with other departments/BOM to build criteria, KPI assessment procedures and manage implementation of this process.
  4. Build salary policy, bonuses, welfare and other method to motivate employees.
  5. Recruit, interview, select employees.
  6. Develop policies, regulations and management of legal activities related to personnel: probation, labor contract, payroll, annual leave, personal income tax, health insurance, social insurance, employment insurance, termination of labor contract...
  7. Support other departments in personnel management.
  8. Support BOD in corporate culture building.
  9. Organize staff events.

 

  1. ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
  1. Develop procedures related to administrative operations.
  2. Manage & supervise of clerical works:
    1. Conduct and supervise associates to carry out procedures for drafting, issuing and archiving documents.
    2. Guide and supervise associates to receive and process information (telephone, fax, mail, delivery service ...) to the internal & external company’s information.
    3. Manage materials & equipments, facilities and infrastructures.
    4. Plan procurement, allocation and monitor of using stationary, machinery and office equipment as well as event tools/accessories (if any).
    5. Report periodic management of administrative costs and supervision of implementation.
  3. Establish and maintain external relations with partners and regulators in the area of ​​operation.
