Skills required
  • Graduated from University of Business Administration, Industrial Management, Plastics .Engineering, Engineering.
  • Male / Female, 30 - 45 years old.
  • At least 5 years of production planning experience in manufacturing companies, preferably with experience in textile, plastics industry and manufacturing company with 2-3 shifts;
  • English: fluent in 4 skills (preferred).
  • Computer: Office computer, Excel, Warehouse management software.
  • Preferably experienced candidates using ERP software.


  • Job Skills: management skills, technical skills, planning and reporting skills.
  • Soft skills: problem solving skills; organization skills job, negotiation skills, decision making skills.
  • Skills in assessment, analysis, risk management.
What you will do
  • Receive orders from Sales dept., make plan to ship goods according to order details, customers.
  • Set detailed production planning for the production department, calculate production preparation resources, plan of purchasing production material domestically and internationally according to regulations.
  • Deploy the full plan information to relevant departments.
  • Follow up status of product processing, production results, set up and monitor production plan, delivery schedule.
  • Control the amount of semi-finished products, unfinished products and surplus products after each PO.
  • Handling issues related to the process of production, feedback customer complaints.
  • Do related work of the department as required by the Plant Director.
  • Job details will be discussed in the interview.
