Skills required
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Power, Automatic Power.
  • Men, 30 - 45 years old.
  • At least 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing companies, preferably in textile, plastics;
  • English: fluent in 4 skills is preferable.
  • Computer: CAD 2D, 3D, PLC programming, knowledge of inverter, solid work.
  • Experienced in using software: CMMS, ERP… is an advantage.
  • Soft skills: problem solving skills; organizing skills, negotiating skill, decision making skill.
  • Skills in assessment, analysis.
What you will do
  • Managing human resource and electrical engineering jobs.
  • Provide professional training for employees.
  • Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of the machine and electricity system on schedule. Responsible for increasing the life of machinery.
  • In charge of continuous improvement to improve machine performance, ensuring at least two improvements per quarter.
  • Implement experiments using fault finding tools in machinery and equipment.
  • Regularly update information on applying new science and technology to advise the Board of Directors.
  • Management of mechanical equipment store.
  • Responsible for 5S mechanical engineering department.
  • Support the work of labor safety, firefighting facilities.
  • Other tasks will be discussed in the interview.
