Skills required
1. Basic requirements:
- Language: Proficient in English.
2. Qualification:
- Education quanlification: Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA will be advantage
- Experience:
  • At least 10 years experience in accounting & finance (Financial Model,Project Finance Funding, Feasibilty Study,)
  • Liaise with the bank and have experience in business loan
  • Strong knowledge of risk management
- Skill:
  • Good command of English and computer literacy (specifically Microsoft Office applications, international including local accounting systems as well as software)
  • Good communication skills and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of accounting and financial analysis
  • CPA certification is an advantage
- Attitude: Be honest, proactive, enthusiastic at work and able to work under pressure.
- Other reqirements:
  • An understanding of technology is an advantage.                            

 

What you will do
  • Analyse and present monthly financial reports in an accurate as well as timely manner
  • Review all financial plans and budgets
  • Manage organisational cash flow and forecasting
  • Improve the finance department’s overall policy and procedure manual
  • Oversee overall control of all financial transactions and accountancy matters including audit systems
  • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process including liaising with external auditors
  • Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for usage with internal management and external parties
  • Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning as well as structure
  • Manage the re-charging of shared services to the appropriate business units
