Skills required

1.     Qualifications:

-       3 years or more of experience of SI Solution Presales, SI Solution development or professional service experience.

-       Business Development experience is required.

-       Strong interpersonal skills with internal/external stakeholders

-       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

-       Ability to handle multiple assignments, manage priorities, and achievement results.

-       Ability to work independently within a team environment.

-       Understanding of predictive analytics and Statistical Methods

-       Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English

-       Good presentation and influencing skills.

  1. Other skills:

-       Technical knowledge and expertise to realize SI Solution Presales

-       Experience of system/application development in a certain domain (preferred)

-       Experience of entire application architecture design in SI domain (preferred)

-       Programming and development knowledge with any programming language (preferred)

-       Extensive knowledge about database design and reporting tools (preferred)

-       Knowledge on BI (Business Intelligence) tools or any relevant tool development (preferred)

What you will do
  • Make our pre-sales activities for SI Solutions, promote and sell our SI Solution into the relevant markets.
  • Find the needs and wants out of the potential clients, define the technical / commercial scopes and requirements, maximize our merits and advantages, and minimize our risks and disadvantages.
  • Plan and organize implementation scheme and plan to deploy the Projects
  • Manage and implement the Projects in the way contracted with our Clients, including what we should do by ourselves “make” or what we should subcontract “buy”.
  • Conduct corporate’s business development within the area of SI Solution with well planning and coordination on related functions or/and stakeholders
  • Conduct market trend study/research, industry and competitor analysis to define and decide focus areas out of SI Solution Business.
  • Partnering with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
