Skills required
  • Bachelor degree in finance, accounting
  • Have chief accountant certificate and Vietnam Association of CPA
  • At least 7 year relevant experience or equivalent qualification
  • Have experience in setting up accounting system and function for new company
  • Have relevant experience for a manufacturing company (preferred)
  • Have working experience in SAP preferred
  • Proficient in English and/or Korean
  • Competency required:

What you will do
  • Establish and maintain the company accounting systems, proper accounting methods, policies, and principles in compliance with Vietnam accounting standards and local reporting requirements;
  • Supervise and manage all activities of related function to maintain the works of its daily business smoothly;
  • Supervise and manage the uses of funds of the company, such as operations of cash, bank deposit/withdraw, AR/AP check and other related work;
  • Maintain reliable accounting records to have an effective control of general ledger;
  • Monitor and control all expenses from daily business based on standards of the company;
  • Assist the company to complete its year budget planning for decisions making of managers;
  • Prepare all kinds of managerial reports periodically to assist budget control and reviews of managers;
  • Do inventory check periodically in order to make sure the quantities of material, semi-product and finished good in warehouse are equal to their quantities in system;
  • Ensure the compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and company procedures as well as the accuracy of all information and data;
  • Assist the company to deal with its tax issues and filings in order to comply with related regulations of tax law
  • Liaise and work with Tax authorities, Auditors and Bankers;
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all monthly, quarterly and yearly reports related to Tax (VAT, PIT, etc.), statistics as well as payroll;
  • Build up the relationship with the relevant Authorities regards the TAX issue;
  • Improve performance through regular internal audit (accounting, tax, fund management/cost execution);
  • Other duties as assigned by the management
