Skills required
  • A bachelor’s degree in Electronics/ Mechanical/ Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in capital equipment industry.
  • Experience in sales of CAM or similar software/ technology is a MUST.
  • Proven track records of sales experience in SE Asia.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent account management skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • A mentality that is self-motivating, analytical, and tactful with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A good team player who can deal with all levels of people in the commercial sector.
  • Immediate availability will be a definite advantage.
What you will do
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in the CAM (COMPUTER AIDED MANUFACTURING) Division through professional execution of sales and account management strategies, identifying and managing sales opportunities, and developing new accounts in the SE Asia region.
  • Stimulate new sales, and participate in sales and marketing activities to maximize revenues.
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships at all levels, improving customer satisfaction through understanding and supporting customers’ needs and requirements together with customer support teams.
  • Perform the full selling cycle from sales forecast planning and analysis, customer presentation, preparing configuration charts, quotation and proposals to closing deals and following up with P.O./L.C.
  • Contribute to the market intelligent function proactively by continuously collecting market data and information, and update management regularly.
  • Handle paperwork and administrative activities in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
