Skills required
  • University engineering degree (Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Electronics engineering preferred).
  • More than 3 years relative working experience.
  • Business acumen & Self learning.
  • Knowledge of connector, relay, & cable.
  • Willing and having capacity to work in stretch & complex situation.
  • Creative, analytical and structured thinking with the ability to execute on priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to build strong, credible relationships with multiple organizational functions (inside and outside of company).
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Global communication. 
  • Ability to work with deadlines and challenging targets.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate in English.
  • Flexibility in working days and travelling.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Develop credibility & trust resulting in customer “buy in”.
What you will do

Role Statement:

The Field Engineer is an owner to offer product technology and develop in new customers in focusing Industrial Market applications.

Field Engineer need to work out workable strategic plan involving account plan and implementation actions.  An efficient execution is key to deliver result including getting alignment internally, convincing cross function to support, provide technology support and maintaining & developing good customer relationship by voice of customers and continuously improving ECE (NPS scope).

Field Engineer is also expected to offer extra – ordinary customer experience by working with internal resource.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accomplishment pipeline & conversion goals.
  • Cooperate with Account Manager to identify opportunities and convert to business.
  • Proactively interface and communicate with the customer and internal company stakeholders (including CCP, Product Management, Pricing and Supply Chain) to make sure to get stakeholders support.
  • Provide high quality customer support, consulting services and advice on technical-related topics concerning company products and service
  • Provide regular project management & status updates to key stakeholders. Provide regular project status updates to the involved parties, especially the PM. Coordinate activities with assigned Account Manager.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to understand the most updated customer status.
  • Keep self-learning. Understand the customer, the market, competition, technology roadmaps and trends and apply this knowledge to customer solutions.

  • Business develop & new account creations
  • Pipeline & conversion driving
  • Forecast accuracy and projects management
  • Customer satisfaction - NPS
