Skills required
Diploma or Degree in Business,At least 3 years of relevant experience especially on logistics operations,Able to work under pressure and willing to learn,Computer knowledge on Microsoft Words / Excel is required,Able to meet tight reporting deadline,Mature and self-motivated,Excellent command of both written and spoken English
What you will do
  • Provide secretarial support to the Country Business Manager 
  • Provide general administration to the Vietnam office 
  • Handle the travel arrangement for the team and regional offices from travel request approval to flight reservation, hotel booking and visa application
  • Record/input sales order and quotation into the system
  • Monitor AR collection to ensure LC or TT is accordance to Customer Order
  • Coordinates load scheduling, order picking and order fulfillment accuracy
  • Handle customer queries about orders or deliveries
  • Tracks and monitors orders from original request to final invoicing
  • Liaising & coordinate with in/out bound freight forwarders for shipment
  • Dispatch freight for delivery and arrange for pickups
