Relevant Experience:

  • At least 1-3 years experience in IT product sales, printing/press company.

What you will do

Job description

Job purpose:

To perform the most effective sales and presales for C&I Business, especially Textile & Signage  in order to achieve C&I sales target including company target. To communicate Company value to the customers and deliver high value products and service that meet customer’s satisfaction.

Critical Accountabilities:

1. C&I business (Photo, Textile & Signage)

  • Focus for Textile & Signage Market, Genuine Consumable and Customer Database Management & Maintenance.
  • Develop 1st / 2nd Tier partners, especially Textile Market and maintain relationship with key channel.
  • Provide training to 1st / 2nd Tier partners and key customers.
  • Support customers by advising Printer usage and propose Genuine Consumable and Trade-In / Upgrade Program.
  • Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  • Customer satisfied in company’s product and quality.
  • Personal target achievement.
  • C&I team achievement Company target achievement.
  • Having strong relationship with partner.

2. Customers database

  • Communicate with customers and gather market and customer information.
  • Work closely with distributor to provide the best after sales activities and service to partners/customers
  • Join visit potential customers to maintain relationship and royalty.
  • Support partner/customers to close sales.
  • Search for business opportunity and enter into packaging Textile and industrial market.
  • Company trust.
  • Having strong relationship with customer.
  • Sales is increased.

3. Product demonstration

  • Provide product demonstration into partners/customer.
  • Join visit with partners for demo requested product at customer site.
  • Improvement of service skills.

4. C&I Report

  • Report work progress, share information and propose solutions to colleagues.
  • Target achievement.
  • Having good communication.

5.Cooperation

  • Having good cooperation and support both inside and outside related department colleague
  • Take part in company activities with full responsibility.
  • Increase work efficiency

6.Company rules and regulation

  • To follow company rules and regulations
  • Company is firmly growing.

Major challenges:

  • Digital Textile & Sign to be almost saturate market, Loyalty, and repeat buying is key focus of this market.
  • To develop 1st / 2nd tier partners to cover key area.

  • New Market Development.
