Bảo hiểm xã hội TP. Hà Nội vừa ban hành Công văn số 1124/BHXH-KHTC ngày 23/05/2017 hướng dẫn cách ghi Nội dung Ủy nhiệm chi/ Giấy nộp tiền BHXH, BHYT, BHTN. Theo đó, các đơn vị cần ghi rõ nội dung sau trong Ủy nhiệm chi/ Giấy nộp tiền BHXH,BHYT, BHTN của đơn vị:
MDV: [Mã đơn vị]; TDV: [Tên đơn vị], nộp tiền BHXH, BHYT, BHTN tháng […]
Ví dụ: Công ty TNHH Chiu Yi Việt Nam, mã đơn vị YN0002Z sẽ ghi nội dung như sau trong chứng từ nộp tiền BHXH, BHYT, BHTN tháng 04/2017
MDV: YN0002Z; TDV: Chiu Yi Việt Nam, nộp tiền BHXH, BHYT, BHTN tháng 04/2017

HOW TO WRITE CONTENTS OF BANK TRANSFER ON REMITTING SOCIAL, HEALTH, AND UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE
Hanoi Social Insurance Agency just issued Official Letter No.1124/BHXH-KHTC dated 23 May 2017 providing guidelines on writing contents of Bank Transfer on remitting Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance. In accordance with the Letter, the employer should state fully the following contents in the Bank Transfer:
MDV: [Organization’s Social Insurance Code]; TDV: [Organization Name]; paying for SI,HI,UI of month […]
For example: Chiu Yi Vietnam Limited with SI Code: YN0002Z shall write the Bank Transfer on remitting SI,HI,UI of April 2017 as follows:
MDV: YN0002Z; TDV: Chiu Yi Viet Nam, nop tien BHXH, BHYT, BHTN thang 04/2017
