Skills required
  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Foreign Language.
  • Female, from 26 to 30 years old, good-looking.
  • Able to go for a long business trip.
  • Good communication skill, agility, and flexible in handling situations.
  • Open-minded, friendly, enthusiastic, sympathy and sociable.
  • A trustworthy personal with high sense of responsibility, attention to detail, ability to handle confidential material of manager and in work.
  • Can-do attitude, patient, eager to learn.
  • Working in HCMC and can travel to other provinces.
  • Can work overtime.
  • English: proficiency in 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing, basic communication in Chinese.
  • Good in computer skill
  • Experienced in secretary and assistant job is preferable.

What you will do
  • Prepare work schedules, arrange and follow up, remind the CEO, prepare working documents for the general manager.
  • In charge of prepare, organize inbound and outbound travel to the general manager.
  • Communicate and control, feedback the implementation of ideas, plans, program of work of the general manager for the relevant departments.
  • Manage, archive documents of the manager.
  • Manage expenditure and internal operating budgets (the accounting work is in charged by another department).
  • Welcome guests and do the foreign affairs to the general manager in the absence of the general manager.
  • Other tasks assigned by the general manager.
