Skills required
  • Bachelor degree holder in law or relevant areas
  • Familiar with various provincial Governmental regulations related to company law, employment (HR) regulations, properties sales, land and properties conveyance statutory requirements in Vietnam
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Experience working in MNC preferred
  • Fluent in English (writing and conversation) and native in Vietnamese
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint required
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Strong organisation skills and leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and be a proactive and energetic team player with self-motivation, creativity and positive working attitude
  • Able and willing to mult-task and accomplish ad hoc tasks as necessary
  • Prudent and with attention to details
  • Deadline driven
  • Flexible and cooperative team member

What you will do
  • The role has the opportunity to be an integral part of a team effort to complete a mixed-use project from early stage to end.
  • The role plays an important part in both administration and secretarial aspects of the project office and provides assistance on legal aspects for the project.
  • The role shall also provide executive assistance to the Management.
  • Frequent travel to and fro HCMC and Nhon Trach as well as travel within south Vietnam and in the region of SE Asia may be required as necessary.
  • The role will also be required to support the Management on other property development related projects and tasks.
