JOB REQUIREMENT:

 

  • Relevant degree/ certificate in Administration

  • 1- 3 years experience in the role of Administrator;

  • Good at English skills ( reading, writing…);

  • Good at Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet;

  • Be supportive, commitment, honesty, transperancy;

  • Be flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment;

  • Ability to organize, prepare, analyze, solve problems and work independently and team work.

 

What you will do
  • Manage data management system for Executive Search and Selection Department;

  • Make weekly, monthly reports submited to Manager;

  • Support Consultants in recruitment tasks as edit CVs, input CVs, etc..;

  • Download and manage CVs from Company’s resources ;

  • Post jobs on recruitment site to attract the potential candidates from Faro's channel sites

  • Other relevant tasks assigned by Manager.
