a. Management:
• To maintain the smooth and efficient operations of the Sales dept.
• To provide direction and leadership towards the achievement of the Sales Dept’s mission, strategy and its goals and objectives.
• To implement the strategic goals and objectives of the organisation.
b. Operations:
• To plan, direct and coordinate all aspects of the Sales Dept’s operations.
• To ensure all Sales activities run smoothly and in accordance to the organisation’s policies.
• To develop and manage policies, systems and processes in line with statutory and organisation requirements.
c. Human Resource and Administration:
• To screen, interview, hire and train employees for the organisation.
• To provide / ensure the required discipline, evaluations and training for the organisation and all employees to be successful.
• To ensure daily paperwork and payroll matters are completed in a timely schedule.
d. Financials:
• To plan, monitor and manage business and finance strategies to ensure the organisation stay profitable and sustainable.
• To formulate annual budgets for the approval of the Managing Director.
• To prudently manage the organisation’s resources within the approved budgets.
• To commit and deliver the pointed sales target by weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually that set by Managing Director.
e. Others:
• To build and maintain relationships with effective large client network that ensure for the important customers liason.
• To understand the needs and wants of customers and to make appropriate recommendations.
•To plan and control the business' operating budget, pointed sale revenue ( will be mentioned in the interview) and report to Managing Director on a monthly basis.
• Development and implementation of marketing strategy, marketing campaign and other marketing activities to build the band name of product as well as band name of company in order to reach the sale target of company
• Develop all promotional materials for company
• Organize and conduct seminars and events
• Propose yearly plan and other kinds of plan based on Company’s requirement
